# Applicant Invitation

You can invite applicants from the **‘Applicants Management’** menu on the left. \
Invite applicants with the **`Invite New Applicant`** button on the upper right corner.

Click **`Invite New Applicant`** and you will see the four different ways of inviting applicants:

### Send Invitation Email

You can add the applicants' email addresses one by one. However, if you have many applicants, \
click '**Add a batch of applicants with CSV**' and this will be easier. 

You can download the template by clicking the **`Download CSV Template`** button.

If you have downloaded the template, fill out the format. \
Save the file and upload with the **`Select file`** button then click **`apply`**.

Group registration is possible only for groups that have been set in advance.

Check the e-mail preview and write down your message. Once you have confirmed, \
send an email by clicking the **`Send Invitations`** button on the upper right corner of the page.

You can check your invitation status in the **'Applicant Management'** menu. 

* **Wait for signup**: The applicant is not a goorm user and has not yet clicked the **`Go to assessment`** in the invitation mail. 
* **Invited**: The email account is registered in goorm but the applicant has not yet clicked the **`Go to assessment`** in the invitation mail. 
* **Attending**: The applicant clicked the **`Go to assessment`** link in the invitation mail. 

You can send the invitation mail again by clicking **`Reinvite`**. If you want to cancel the invitation, \
click the **`Cancel invitation`** button. (These are only available when the applicants' status is 'invited'.)

If an applicant accepts the invitation, the status will chang to 'attending', \
you will see the **`kick`** button. 

If you press the **`kick`** button, the applicants will be removed **immediately from the assessment and will not be able to take the test.** **The name will also disappear from the management list.**

### Forward Invitation Code

Copy the assessment invitation code and pass it to the applicants.

### Create Account 

You can register and add information of the applicants to the channel using the \
\&#xNAN;**\[Authentication Info Login]** method.

Create your own authentication information (name / ID / password / group name (optional)) so that the applicant can access the relevant certification information and take the exam.

After checking the registered list, click the **`Save`** button at the top right of the page.

Applicants added by the '**Create account**' method will immediately be changed to '**attending.**' Applicants can access the company's goormDEVTH channel, enter their credentials and log in and take the assessment.

### Add a Temp Applicant

Applicants registered with temporary accounts will only be able to participate in \
the evaluation with the link they got from email.

You can select **'New additional info'** or **'Previously used additional info'** 

When you register **'New additional info'**, you can add new information \
by pressing the **`+ Add Info`** button. 

If you have selected / added an authentication item, press the **`Next`** button \
in the upper right corner to move.

Check the e-mail preview and write down your message. If everything has confirmed, send an email by clicking the **`Send Invitations`** button on the upper right corner of the page.

Once an applicants who received the e-mail clicks the **`Go to Assessment`** button, it will take them to the page below. **They must put the CORRECT PRE-REGISTRATION INFORMATION to enter.**
