Reset Password

​If you forgot your password, you can reset.

• Click "Reset password" at the bottom of the login box, then it will bring you to the password reset page.

• fill the blank and press the Send verification email button. A password reset email will be sent to you in few minutes. .

• You can reset your password by opening the email and clicking Reissue Password. The password must be a combination of 8 to 15 alphanumeric characters and special characters.

You can reset your password within 24 hours after you got the email. If it has been more than 24 hours, please submit a new password reset request.

• Enter your new password and press the Reset button. You finished reset the password!
