If possible, we recommend using Chrome browser.
First, in Chrome, run 'New incognito window
(Ctrl + Shift + N)' to access goormIDE.
If it works properly in an incognito window, please follow the steps below.
1. In your existing Chrome browser, click "Clear browsing history" under the "History" menu.
2. Check 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images or files' and then 'Clear browsing history'.
3. After the cache data has cleaned up, it will be reconnected.
The cloud IDE might conflict with an extension of a user-installed Chrome or other browser. Please stop the suspected extension program or refer to the below for action.
Please stop the currently running anti-virus program and connect goormIDE again.
